As a partner in eBridging the Gap, ARTeria makes key project results available through the ARTeria Academy. The project responds to critical gaps in VET provision by strengthening creative enterprise skills that young people need to enter and succeed in Europe’s fast-growing creative economy. Its core focus is the professional development of the Creative Enterprise Mentor — an emerging role supporting young creatives as they navigate social, geographical and economic barriers to employment. The learning resources and training outcomes developed within the project offer practical, innovative tools for mentoring, skills development and inclusive labour market access, particularly for disadvantaged young people facing persistent youth unemployment.
The project was also recognised with a Good Practice Award within the Erasmus+.
