As a coordinator in ER4CCI (Escape Rooms for the Cultural and Creative Industries), ARTeria makes key project results available through the ARTeria Academy. ER4CCI addresses critical needs in entrepreneurial skills development for young people and trainers in Europe’s creative and cultural sectors by introducing innovative, gamified training methods that engage participants through immersive Escape Room scenarios. The project offers a practical guide for entrepreneurship trainers, a set of themed Escape Room scenarios that bring essential business concepts to life, and a white paper with recommendations for using and adapting the materials. These resources support creative professionals, educators and youth workers in fostering entrepreneurial mindsets, transversal skills and inclusive learning experiences that prepare learners to navigate the challenges of careers in the CCIs.
