As a coordinator in Heritage for Digital and Literacy Learning (HDLL), ARTeria makes the project’s results available through the ARTeria Academy. HDLL responds to the need for engaging, inclusive education by using European cultural heritage as a foundation for developing literacy and digital skills among primary school pupils. The project offers a series of practical guides and learning tools that help teachers and learners explore heritage in creative ways – from using local stories and environments to build reading and writing confidence to producing digital e-books that strengthen young people’s digital competence. These resources support more accessible, learner-centred approaches to literacy education that connect cultural understanding with core skills development.
The project was also recognised with a Good Practice Award within the Erasmus+.
