As the coordinator of Learn2Create – promoting Work-Based Learning in Europe’s Cultural and Creative Industries, ARTeria makes the project’s results available through the ARTeria Academy. Learn2Create was developed to design, test and validate a new work-based learning (WBL) programme tailored to the cultural and creative sectors, recognising the power of real workplace environments in building skills, employability and competitiveness in CCIs. The project delivers a comprehensive blended e-learning programme and practical guides that support educators, trainers and learners in integrating work-based learning into creative contexts, helping to strengthen cooperation between training providers and CCI employers and to prepare participants for meaningful career paths.
Learn2Create has also been highlighted as an example of good practice within the Erasmus+ programme for its innovative approach to learning and skills development in the CCIs.
