As a partner in Master the Act, ARTeria makes the project’s results available through the ARTeria Academy. Master the Act focuses on boosting employability through theatre-based learning by defining and training a new professional role – the Creative Mentor for Employability – who uses non-formal, theatrical and mentoring methods to support jobseekers in developing key skills and confidence for today’s labour market. The project delivers a professional profile, a comprehensive training methodology and handbook, and a multilingual online training programme with practical modules and activities designed to build complex competences such as communication, creativity, emotional intelligence and teamwork, helping professionals and trainers to expand their tools for inclusive employability-focused learning.
The project was also recognised with a Good Practice Award within the Erasmus+.
