The death of photography?

” … photography has died several times already. When Kodak introduced its camera for amateurs, when the 35mm format became popular, or – and I witnessed this death – when digital photography was replacing traditional photography. The next death is apparently happening now, as algorithms and so-called artificial intelligence flood the digital space with generative images. (…) but is that really the case?”
